Next Course Runs: FEBRUARY 22nd 2021 – APRIL 12th at 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm (PST)
This is an 8 week course for anyone who wants and is committed to learning and putting into practice mindfulness in their everyday lives. It is taught through lessons supported by experiential activities and followed up with the foundational meditations that will support each lesson.
Each week participants will build greater understanding of the 5 core components of Mindfulness: Attention/Present moment focus, Open Awareness, Acceptance, Non-Identification, and Choice.
These 5 core components of Mindfulness are taught and experienced through 8 essential topics: Present Moment Focus, Habit loops of the mind, Judgement, Conflict, Goals and Future Planning, Compassion, Ego and Self Identification, and Integration.
At the end of 8 weeks participants will have full understanding of Mindfulness, the benefits and scientific understanding of Mindfulness, and most importantly the practical and applicable way one can practice Mindfulness in their everyday life.
