Mountain checkin.

Where are you at on your mountain journey  allowing ourselves to checkin with the where we are at on this journey.  We all are in this together but we need to continue to be in touch with where we are individually.  Using the mid week mountain exercise can help you notice  and visualize where you are.  Eileen said it best “being o.k. with where our X’s are on the mountain”….. Being of support to others can strengthen… hard judgments and rumination that don’t support ourselves and others can be softened when we all take the time to know where we are at right now.
