Practicing R.A.I.N.-recognize…..allow…..investigate…..non-identify…….the more we can practice rain in the informal way such as standing in line can allow us to pull it in when we get triggered by something bigger….today we talked about Allow-allow is not about judging what shows up or denying it or liking it…..allow is the power to know that we can and will get triggered and that it will pass more freely when we stop trying to judge and push it away.
